Most recently, Asim Shahzad was very helpful in assisting me with a refund from the airline. As I was overseas at the time, all communication was done via email. He said he would try to get to the bottom of the issue, and he did just that. When I returned to Dublin, I was able to speak with him directly, and it was comforting to hear a real person’s voice and know that I was genuinely being looked after.Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
