I know that travelling to Japan isn’t cheap, so I usually compare prices on Skyscanner. While I don’t always book the very cheapest option, I often choose Budgetair.ie instead. From experience, I’ve learned that when something goes wrong, many online companies are slow to respond. However, Budgetair.ie has always been different.
Over the past two to three years, I’ve booked flights three to five times for myself and my daughter, and they have never disappointed me. I find it very reassuring to deal with a real person rather than just an AI assistant.
In November, Sarah Jane Wynne responded very quickly when I needed to fix my flight tickets. Most recently, Asim Shahzad was very helpful in assisting me with a refund from the airline. As I was overseas at the time, all communication was done via email. He said he would try to get to the bottom of the issue, and he did just that. When I returned to Dublin, I was able to speak with him directly, and it was comforting to hear a real person’s voice and know that I was genuinely being looked after.

I made a booking previous night and my wife gave the wrong dob and surname . It was hellish. But Sarah sorted it out first thing in the morning. Quick response. Great service. I am yet to travel , this from the booking perspective, will post once i finish the journey.
