I booked flights with Qatar Airways through BudgetAir, but BudgetAir cancelled my tickets without my consent. This is especially concerning because Qatar Airways is currently allowing flexible rebooking twice at no cost, yet I was never offered this option. I contacted BudgetAir customer service multiple times. Each time they opened a ticket but failed to call back within the promised 24–48 hours, and they have not provided any written explanation for the cancellation.This lack of communication and failure to provide the airline’s offered flexible rebooking option is unacceptable. I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and will pursue further action if BudgetAir does not resolve the issue promptly.What I expect:- Immediate reinstatement of my booking or full refund.- Written explanation for why the tickets were cancelled without my consent.If you’ve had a similar experience, be cautious and keep detailed records—avoid booking through BudgetAir.
