I made a booking request for a cancellation of 2 flights (air europa) with Budgetair which where 3 months before my flight. I paid 120 euro for cancelation for both flights and 3 months later I asked for the promosed restitution.. They said the refund was refused by Air europe. No information from Budgetair and Air europe was given to me.I lost €2000.- in total
