We booked tickets through budgetair that turned out not to be valid when trying to check in at the airport. They place the blame on the airline we were going to fly with. We have had many calls but they say the airline in question doesnt respond to their inquiry. After many months and calls still no resolve while we have written proof budgetair issued invalid tickets. No solutions offered and money gone. Dont book with this conpany.
