I have bought a ticket in 2020, due to the covid, my flight was cancelled. BudgetAir first told me I could get the refund. But till not still didn't get it, after more than three years!I tried to contact them, they first told me it is on processing, later told me don't contact them, it would just slow the process. In the end, they didn't even reply.Very irresponsible and dishonest. Since then I have never used this unreliable agent to buy any fly tickets anymore.
