I had a terrible experience with BudgetAir.nl. Their customer service was extremely unhelpful when I needed to change my flight dates. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to be flexible and insisted on charging outrageous service fees. The prices they were asking for changes were absurd, and it felt like they were just trying to take advantage of the situation. Not only did they offer no support, but they also seemed completely indifferent to my concerns. I will never use this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid them as well. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
