I got this connection 2 months back. 1 Gig fiber optic connection. Max sped I got was 260 Mbps but 90% of the time it is 60 or less than 60Mbps. And frequent disconnections. If you need to be connected to internet just sit next to the modem, that's the only option!! Non of the extender will get internet to pass on to the next floor. And the response from customer care is worst than the internet speed.. For some reason first 14days I did not see any disconnections.. After getting into the contract period it all started.. So just don't fall for this low price label it's worst than dial up internet speed!! They can't fix the speed even after they tried 2 times and still it's slow as 2g or dial up era!!The technical team is trying to fix it for more than 30 days and no luck!!! They simply ask me to remove all other device from the modem and check on the wired connection, it will be faster at that moment, in sometime again it will be very slow, Also they will not check the wifi strength of the router. It's not even a wifi 6 router for a 1 Gig connection. ideally you should not charge me for the days I had trouble with this connection and it will be almost every day!!I am calling the customer care almost everyday and repeating the same task which they know on every call, only if you go through the situation you will understand the pain of the customers.
