Very disappointed. Be careful!I had a new contract and had an appointment on Monday. In the morning I got an email saying the Technician will come between 11am and 13:05 pm. So I had to work from home without internet. But the Technician does not show up and the online customer service can only say they can do nothing.Shity thing is that in the email it says if the Technician comes and I am not at home then I have to pay for 60 euros. Now I am waiting and they didn't show up, then no one pay for my time.An appointment means nothing for them.
