I switched to their Internet in December hoping for at least decent connection. But router that they provided for connection is just terrible. With internet connection speed according to the contract 1Gbit I get only 20-30 mBits on my machine 5 meters away from router. That is just ridiculous. Technical support doesn't want to help at all just explaining that this speed drops are totally fine or maybe my laptop from 2024 is TOO OLD for this speed. What is even worse I constantly get drops with my internet connection (funny enough got 2 drops right when talking to their tech support) but this fact is totally ignored by specialists.After reviewing router that is provided with contract (draytek vigor 2765ac) I see the reason for limited speed - it just NEVER INTENDED to support 1Gbit wifi at all. According to it's specs on official website it only limited to 300mbit at top via WIFI. Tried to raise this to tech support - no luck. They just don't care that router they gave me will never work properly. Smells like a scam Updated: Tried to leave a complaint on their website, but it doesn't work. Well, nice way to ignore complains :)
