I signed a contract with Budget all in one on 1 October for a contract starting on 18 October. on 18 October, I got the installation person from Budget coming to my house and as he was not able to find the KPN cable to make the connection, he had to call KPN and ask their installation person to come over. This was supposed to happen yesterday 24 October in the morning. No one from KPN came and when I contacted Budget customer service, I was told that they don't know why the person is not there and asked me to call KPN, which I did. I was bounced between the service for 1.5 hours, until I got hung up on without information. I called Budget customer service again asking this time to cancel my subscription (option I was given on the 18 October as the connection was not possible). To my surprise, this time, Budget customer service told me I cannot cancel the subscription, everything is now in the hands of KPN. I was told to wait at home, someone would be coming over. I was also told that someone will call me to give me an update. This was around 13.30-14.00. At 16.30, I was still without news from Budget or from KPM and decided to call again, asking again to cancel the subscription. I was also told at this moment in time that as long as the internet is not set up, I will not pay anything and again that I cannot do anything except wait for someone from KPN to show up at some point.... I asked to be transferred to the contracts customer service, where I requested my contract to be cancelled. To my surprise again, he told that he can see my subscription is already been cancelled by someone and I should receive a confirmation email shortly.Sooo, after full day of being held hostage at my own home as I had no news from anyone, I finally was feeling slight relief and saw some light at the end of the day.Today morning, I wanted to check if the contract was well cancelled, it showed still active on the website so I contacted again the Budget customer service. I was told that I cannot stop my subscription and even if I tried to explain what happened yesterday and what I have been told the previous times, the person was not listening.For the above reasons, I'm one very unhappy customer, still without internet and I for sure do not want this contract.
