I was very satisfied with the provider so far (internet only). However, I wanted to ask a question at the end of my contract regarding the return of my products, but I couldn't fill out the form because I could no longer provide a Dutch number. Therefore, I had to contact them by phone. I finally got someone on the line, but this person was only there for sales and redirected me to another number, where I was supposed to wait for 20 minutes instead of answering my (non-important for the company in point of sales) questions. As a result, I handled it at my own expense. I would have liked to send this feedback directly to Budget Alles-in-1, but unfortunately, there is no email address available. Conclusion: Everything works very well as long as you don't have a question.
