After getting a new home finally, chose to try Alles in 1 from budget.First of all I had to wait 2 weeks for the connection could be made... Why? I don't know..did not communicate why.After the two weeks I got a mail with... Your connected!I didn't received anything, no modem, no other messages. When I contacted the customer service the whole attitude of this company scared me away instantly. There was no effort made to help me with the problem.More like... The modem is delivered on this house number. (I told them that's not the right number.) well it is somewhere. In your neighborhood.. You should check with your neighbors.Eventually.... There was already a contract on my address. And they shouldn't even be able to give me any contract...How, Why etc... I have no clue But this company stinks in multiple waysEdit after budget reply:I will not contact you on my costs, also chatting will get me in a weird loop of people that don't know what we are talking about. So I will pass.I am already out of the contract, and that's after you guys told me I couldn't, and I will have to pay for it for 50% as penalty.... Eventually you guys could not deliver at my adres. So that made me able to change the whole thing.. Otherwise budget would have definitely let me pay. I believe you guys have my contact, so, you can also contact me.
