I stayed with them for 2+ years, giving them chance after chance, and I finally had to stop my contract with them because they do not make any inquiries to help the customer, nor do they try and go the extra mile (at least once) if you have an issue. As a customer, you are basically forced to being their puppet in the bureaucracy machine that they've become. I do not know what is the problem of the company - is it the size, or their employees or the management, but I wish they would be more willing on improving their service.
