I am not satisfied with the modem I recieved a few days ago for my Glass fibre connection. My installation day is on July 24, and I have asked to cancel my contract and refund my money. However, they are demanding a cancellation fee - this is against Dutch law. When I pointed this out to customer service, I was asked to contact an email-id that did not exist and immediately cut-off from the chat.--- The law from Consumwijzer.nl ---Product en dienst die bij elkaar horenUw bedenktijd eindigt 14 dagen na de dag waarop het laatste product of onderdeel is geleverd.EDIT: The reason I am not satisfied with the modem is because it comes in 2 parts and needs two charging adapters. I find it clumsy and was able to see this only after the "product" was deliveredEDIT 2: I am giving an extra star now because I got an email saying they are willing to terminate my contract. Will update my rating further once they take back the modem safely, so no resources are wasted.EDIT 3: They have confirmed the return, so I am giving an extra star for holding their promise. I hope they can take my feedback and offer a superior experience to others in the future.
