for the last 3 months we do not have the internet, however we are charged. And not only that they don't solve the problem, but also provide the worst service ever. I would personally be ashamed if I fail my customer for 3 months, and charge them like nothing happened. The most ridiculous part is they do not even let you go... we simply cannot terminate the contract because they want us to pay charges untill the end of contract period. Like YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THIS CUSTOMER!!!! FOR 3 MONTHS!!! Although they dont provide service and we are left without internet for 3 month, yet we cannot terminate contract. I'm tired of calling them, talking to unhelpful agents. Some suggest to keep the modem for few hours and it should work- Such a primitive solution, honey. Do you really believe that it wasnt tried for 3 months with different modems and by a technician? Another sends new modem even though their own technician told the problem is not from modems. We use our mobile phones to use hotspot for our work laptops for hours, which basically destroys our mobile devices. Do you care? That would be ridiculous to think that you care about anything. Yet, we are waiting hopelessly, at some point you will do something...like anything... useful or reasonable.
