Horrible customer service!We had run into some money trouble and missed 1 payment, I told them I could afford the bill a bit later but not any extra charges. The agent refused to remove the charge so I could pay the bill and just threatened to cut us off. They offered no assistance or advice, just threatened to add on another charge if we didn't pay, as if we weren't struggling already.Asked to speak to a supervisor, she bluntly refused to let me speak to someone else.Luckily switching to another provider soon, will NEVER be using this company again! Beyond useless!
