Absolutely AWFUL experience.First, we waited for TWO AND A HALF hours beyond our booking time for them to actually give us our car. This meant that we missed our planned excursion for that day.Second, about 5 minutes after we drove away, the car warning lights went on - the tyre pressure was wrong and the car clearly had not been serviced properly.Third, we then needed to extend our booking by a few hours due to a change in our flight time. The website "modify reservation" section does not work; I have emailed customer services and had no reply; I have phoned 3 different phone numbers on their website to try to speak to someone but have just been on endless hold. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE BUDGET IN ITALY.
