I invested over $20,000 in blinds for a vacation home. Initially, the order and installation went smoothly. However, I needed additional fabric for some uniquely shaped windows and spent another $1,000 on that. When the fabric arrived, I was instructed to pick it up, but each time I visited during business hours, no one was there. I made several attempts on different days, and each time, I found the same issue—no one to assist me and calls went unanswered. After three frustrating visits, I finally left a voicemail requesting shipping for the fabric, which is only around 10 lbs. The response I received was that they would ship it, but they wanted an additional $75 for shipping. It’s outrageous that after spending so much, I’m now being charged for shipping on something so light, especially after my multiple attempts to collect it in person. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
