Absolute liars, cheats and time wasters. Had home insurance policy 121403895 for nearly a year. Went to renew, revised contents insurance via online log in. Asking questions multiple times over an hour period with no reply on lap top. Then went to phone and got another online chat, told of waiting bla bla bla, was accused of lying saying only 5 minutes wait, sent photographs of my message attempts from lap top. Asked for their name for review and was refused. Then was told to be respectful with communications, and I messaged that I had not been respectfully treated yet. Needless to say will be cancelling house and other insurances. God help you if you had to make a claim. Run a mile!
