Renewed my insurance. Hung up on twice by the helpful customer service staff. No calls back. Conveniently - I’m always hung up on at 6pm. Attempted to charge me and apparently got declined (no idea why) Sent me an email at 1am. Called up less than 24 hours later to make payment over the Phone and told there was a £20 late payment fee? But I received no renewal date as I amended the policy, no email no nothing. Asked to speak to a manager was told they don’t speak with customers in last hour of their shift? Was put on hold for 15 mins. Lo and behold 2mins passed 6 hung up on. Tried to call back and now closed. Always the same every time I call. Shocking customer service
