Budget Pet. I purchased a Rogz collar online. I followed the sizing and breed recommendations. The collar was suitable for a baby elephant not a GSD. I returned it after attempting to discuss the problem with Customer Service Live Chat. Great little feature for avoiding responsibility, intelligent responses and a civilized approach. True barbarian. Customer Service operative was rude and patronizing. I was told aggressively about what I had to do to meet Budget Pet's stringent packaging standards for a refund. I had no rights. Moreover, the Customer Service (so to speak and I'm being oh so generous) functionary was not interested in the fact that the measurements on the collar were impossible to understand as they were a mix of inches and centimeters. I assume she didn't know about inches. I had to pay postage and take the risk that Budget Pet just might have a problem with my choice of Australia Post bag, or my handwriting may not have been up to their exacting standards. They are fastidious in looking after their profit margins but lacking in checking the standards of excellence of products sold. Never again. As well, other pet suppliers sell the same products (Zi Wi Peak for example) much cheaper than Budget Pet and, have pleasant, agreeable, co-operative customer service people. As well, they don't charge to refund a flawed product. Budget Pet, hmmmmmm. I don't think so. Will not recommend. I'll stay with the other company. You can't put a price on peace of mind. In the end, I paid a premium price and still got a monkey. Boring.
