I have ordered a handful of times from Budget Pet Products & am yet to have a negative experience. The reviews/rating here does not match at all IMO with only a couple minor negatives that get a pass due to likely tight profits & a small team. Pretty rare I leave a review but I couldn't help but chime in.The Good:- Prices are excellent on most products to the point where sales from competitors don't even compete. - Range of products is great, aside from a couple specifics I've been able to get everything from here for the fur monsters.- Fast support with real humans, any time I've had a question they've quickly answered in detail. I had 1 product issue which was never going to be spotted until product was opened, they quickly resolved that with multiple options.- Dispatch is usually same day, with deliveries coming in a few days worst case (QLD). Always packed well. Aramex themselves can be useless at times but that comes down to the local courier for you. Bulky items aren't cheap to ship.The Meh:- The verification when you aren't expecting it is a bit off putting & before googling thought it was dodgy, however its very simple & once you've sent off the email with the text code, you never have to even think about it again. - The iOS App is not user friendly & had quite a few issues, stick to the browser for a much better experience.I'll continue to gladly use them for feeding & spoiling my cats.
