Cheap, but Rude and Condescending

Eighteen months, eleven orders – that's the stint I've had with Budget Pet Products. But let me tell you, it's been a wild ride, folks. More often than not, I've found myself knee-deep in issues with my orders. I'm talking nine out of eleven times, and that's no joke.Enough was enough, man. I couldn't take it anymore. So, I slammed the brakes on that auto-order train, even if it meant shelling out more cash and dealing with some serious inconvenience. The way those cats at Budget Pet Products were treating me? It was like they were auditioning for a role in a HORROR flick. When I called them up to hash out a problem with my order, you wouldn't believe it – the chick on the other end straight-up lost it. I'm talking full-on screaming match, like we were in the final round of a heavyweight boxing match. And now? Now they're ghosting me. Phones ringing off the hook, but ain't nobody picking up. And that customer service chat they brag about? Might as well be chatting with a brick wall. But hold onto your hats, folks, 'cause here comes the kicker. Their delivery cats? They're like ninjas, but with a total disregard for basic courtesy. No knocks on the door, no signatures required – they just dump your package on your doorstep like it's trash day. Good luck trying to haul that sucker inside, especially when it's practically begging to be snatched by any passersby with sticky fingers.Sure, Budget Pet Products might lure you in with their so-called "reasonable" prices, but trust me, the toll on your sanity ain't worth it.So, what did I do? I cut ties, man. Washed my hands clean of the whole circus. And let me tell you, it feels damn good to be rid of 'em.RESPONSE to BUDGET PET PRODUCTS REPLY. Thank you for your response, but let's cut to the chase here. While you claim to value feedback, your actions speak louder than words. Your notes conveniently overlook the fact that contacting you is like shouting into the void. Your phones mysteriously go unanswered, and the chat option on your website might as well be a decoration. Sure, maybe I've only officially reached out twice in your eyes, but that's because attempting to communicate with Budget Pet Products is an exercise in FUTILITY. And don't get me started on being yelled at by your staff – that's some stellar customer service right there. As for your delivery debacle, let's be clear: the delivery company you choose to use ARAMEX, has drivers that blatantly ignore instructions, leaving parcels despite explicit directives not to do so. Choose a Better delivery company to do business with! But hey, why bother actually offering something to customers "free delivery" and then telling them to pay more for a service they should be getting already as per your website, right? Your response reeks of deflection and denial. It's abundantly clear that you're more interested in shifting blame onto the customer than addressing legitimate concerns. If consistency is what you're after, congratulations – you've achieved it in consistently failing to uphold basic standards of service. In conclusion, your lip service about valuing feedback is as hollow as your promises of improvement. Until you're ready to take responsibility and enact real change, don't expect customers to stick around. By your ratings you can already see that's the case and this is a feeble attempt to cover your failings as a company. DO BETTER.
