I would give a zero out of 10 if I could. I ordered in early December and when I did not receive it for over three weeks, then I contacted them and was told they would escalate it with the couriers. I waited another week after not hearing or receiving anything. They again said the would contact the couriers. After another few days I contacted them again and the gave me a refund. Then the couriers dropped it off (over a month after ordering). I thought this must have been a type of apology, so I didn’t write a bad review. Then a couple of weeks later that basically said that I need to pay for it or send it back otherwise they would contact a recovery agency. I told them they could pick it up and three days after they arranged the courier to pick it up it was eventually picked up. This was disgusting service, they just passed the buck onto the courier service with little apology and lack of updates. I would never use them again and will tell everyone I know who has pets.This is a reply to the reply. In the email that asked for me to pay or return, it also said ‘this may be escalated to our collection agency’ so it is not true that it was not mentioned.
