I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your company for getting me and my car home to Oxfordshire from Westfield Shopping centre yesterday morning.I had had a torrid time over two days with the RAC trying and failing to get the car out of the car park because of the low height clearance.On Friday despite me stressing the clearance being only 2.1 m another firm arrived with a large lorry which clearly wouldn’t fit and went away again. I sat there all day and finally gave up and checked in to a hotel. To be fair RAC covered the cost but I had had a very frustrating day. I am in my seventies and have heart trouble so I didn’t want a day like that again.The next day dawned with James ( sorry if I got the name wrong ) cheerfully telling me he was on his way and ten minutes later we were able to leave on the back of his 4x4. He was extremely helpful and polite and I felt like a great weight had been lifted. Within minutes Martin turned up outside the car park with his large lorry and the two of them loaded the car.After that we had a very pleasant journey to where the car was going to be stored until I can get it fixed or scrapped !Could you pass on my sincere thanks to both of the guys who helped me.They are a credit to your company.I will pass a copy of this email to the RACThanks againTony Sutcliffe
