Today I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded in my car in a live lane. Piotr attended to rescue me and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and accommodating in his service. His lorry was noticeably clean and tidy and he maintained a consistent exemplary level of customer service from start to finish.
