I had always received my orders without problems, but now the delivery is unacceptably slow. This is not what I anticipated from the platform. This was my last purchase, and I cannot recommend this platform to anyone. It's advisable to find alternatives.
When there’s an issue with an order, you expect the seller to show concern. Instead, I was informed that the product's effects could not be guaranteed. After two years of purchasing and spending a significant amount, my one issue was dismissed. This is not how you treat a loyal customer. I won’t be shopping here again. *Update: I have already contacted the support team, but they stated that nothing can be done regarding unsatisfactory products.
I placed and paid for my order as usual. After several days without shipment or updates, customer support informed me that my order would be cancelled due to a 'wrongly listed' price. Cancelling an order days later after accepting payment is unprofessional and unacceptable. Although a refund was issued, my time was wasted and trust is lost. I will not be ordering from this shop again.
