I placed and paid for my order as usual. After several days without shipment or updates, customer support informed me that my order would be cancelled due to a 'wrongly listed' price. Cancelling an order days later after accepting payment is unprofessional and unacceptable. Although a refund was issued, my time was wasted and trust is lost. I will not be ordering from this shop again.
