I can't judge for the past but for my experience (end of November / early January); it's great. Don't get me wrong, it could have been horrendous from the start 😂First order, was delivered in about 3-4 days to Belgium with DPD. The problem was that DPD didn't even notify me, they held the package for 8 days and then send it back to Buds For Buddies. Gladfully, after one mail, they offered another delivery service and to redo the package -even without having the first package back from DPD.They offered me to choose another carrier, that was pricier, free of charge. Was delivered by Bpost a few days later, safely and had ordered some Clipper Lighter in Metal and some Cannapedia Travel case (That I recommend A LOT! 💚) and got some plastic Clipper lighter as freebies. Very nice attention 😎It could have ended here, but NO 😁After one week, I had a problem with the Clipper (The bottom was leaking, had already happened to me in the past with one bought in Amsterdam), i send them a video, and they choose to refund me and to inform their supplier about this issue.WHAT could have been done more here ? Nothing.That show to me that a website is something, but a good warehouse team (shipping fastly) and a great customer service (Had contact with Hana) is really reassuring here.I'll order again pretty soon and I'm convinced that everything will be good 🤩Wish them well, they deserve it 😎
