While their products are good, their customer service is extremely poor. After placing a large order, I received an email offering a 20% discount for writing a review. After I submitted my review, I was given only 10%. When I raised this issue, they claimed their policies had changed. I pointed out the previous email stating 20% off, and they insisted it only mentioned 10%. After forwarding the email, they acknowledged it said 20%, but still denied me the discount. This was very strange, unfair, and manipulative.
