This company is the gold standard in Ireland, their old hhcp was top level stuff it was their star till it got banned, only recently are they coming back to their former glory🏅bringing us all natural products and I hope the swerve away from alt noids🤞
I am quite disappointed. My first order went smoothly, but with the second order, one of the 1ml vapes had a significant bubble inside and very little resin. I reached out via email, and a representative was quick to assist by offering to send a replacement at no charge. However, the extra one did not arrive with my third order.

I'm genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews here. Based on my personal experience, they have always taken great care of me! To those claiming "poor customer service," my experience has been the complete opposite! They respond quickly, are extremely helpful, ship fast, and keep their promises if any issues arise. I would rate them a solid 10 out of 10! Far better than other alternatives. I wholeheartedly recommend them; they are truly good people who want to assist their customers.
Their products are tasty, but they seem to take advantage of customers at every turn, advertising larger cones while keeping the same size/weight after complaints. I've heard they are waiting for a new rolling machine, so why raise prices beforehand? Charging 24 for 1g is excessive for CBD/HHC. Furthermore, you won't find any negative reviews on their site since all reviews must be approved by them, a little trick to manipulate customer feedback. I do not recommend them!
While their products are good, their customer service is extremely poor. After placing a large order, I received an email offering a 20% discount for writing a review. After I submitted my review, I was given only 10%. When I raised this issue, they claimed their policies had changed. I pointed out the previous email stating 20% off, and they insisted it only mentioned 10%. After forwarding the email, they acknowledged it said 20%, but still denied me the discount. This was very strange, unfair, and manipulative.
