So disappointed. LOVE their Narcissist laundry detergent. I ordered several other products online in that scent and set everything for autoship. These other products for whatever reason do not smell anything like the detergent, my family did not like it at all and we threw them away. Silly me, forgot it was on autoship, I’ll admit fault in that. My first issue with this company is, why do you not send an autoship reminder ahead of time like every other company? It’s a simple, honest, transparent notification that allows the customer to see if any prices increased, make changes, add products to meet whatever free shipping limit is in place at that time, etc. But no, you just charge my card and send an order confirmation email. You don’t have any phone number listed to call, I had to chat with the bot online, who submitted my request for cancellation BEFORE the items shipped. However, by the time your representative responded to me a couple hours later, it had already shipped and you refused to cancel and refund. This is such a scummy “gotcha” practice. No notice, no quick contact info, no cancellations, no refund. Now I’m out all the money for products I don’t even like and will get thrown away like the first batch, plus $10 shipping which I could have at the very least avoided by adding detergent I like to the shipment. My only hope is that the products I receive this time actually smell like the Narcissist detergent and I’ll actually use them.
