As others have noted, this business should be shut down. My negative review didn’t appear on the website, which is unsurprising. For my first order, I received a duvet and pillowcase set in different materials and colors than expected. I never used the items, just repackaged them once I noticed the differences. I emailed customer service the same day, but they delayed the conversation by asking for numerous photos and model numbers. They claimed there were no issues with the items, but when I requested a return, I heard nothing back despite their website promoting 'easy returns.' After days of waiting, I submitted another return request online. I received a response asking me to explain why I wanted to return. What a hassle!
