Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. I returned a product, and now the support team is ignoring my messages and not processing my refund, which is well overdue. The delivery service has confirmed that the order was returned to sender (I have evidence), yet they still refuse to issue a refund. This company has taken my money. Avoid at all costs.

Color discrepancies and frustrating return process

As others have noted, this business should be shut down. My negative review didn’t appear on the website, which is unsurprising. For my first order, I received a duvet and pillowcase set in different materials and colors than expected. I never used the items, just repackaged them once I noticed the differences. I emailed customer service the same day, but they delayed the conversation by asking for numerous photos and model numbers. They claimed there were no issues with the items, but when I requested a return, I heard nothing back despite their website promoting 'easy returns.' After days of waiting, I submitted another return request online. I received a response asking me to explain why I wanted to return. What a hassle!

Opened item but no refund due to packaging?

Opened the item and found it was not puffy. Note: I couldn’t receive the item without opening the package. Was denied a refund because the package was opened. ONLY refunded if I provide a photo of a donation receipt specifically from a local charity, which would not allow me to ship the item back even at my own expense. BEWARE OF SCAM.

Terrible experience with this company

This was, without exaggeration, the worst purchase and customer service experience I’ve encountered. The quality of every item I bought was terrible. The comforter shed strange fibers all over the bed, even after washing. The duvet cover felt cheap and looked worn right away. The sheets and pillowcases were thin, low-quality fabric that looked dirty after the first wash. The comforter was marketed as cooling, but that’s false—it doesn’t regulate temperature at all. I spent $610, returned everything due to the poor quality, and then spent two weeks trying to get store credit because my card wasn’t working. I repeated this simple instruction multiple times, yet they sent the refund to the same inactive card. Two weeks of pointless back-and-forth, and they ignored everything I said. It’s astonishing how incompetent a company can be. Horrible quality, service, and experience from start to finish.

Quality not as promised

I’ve been buying from this company since 2018, and I can confidently say that the quality has declined while prices have doubled. My issue isn’t just about the $200 quilt that pilled in the first week or the $60 pillow that’s only about a quarter inch thick. I received a duvet cover stored in a branded box covered in mold. This was a 'final sale' item, but I emailed them anyway with photos of the box. I’m not optimistic about a resolution, but at this point, I’d recommend avoiding the brand altogether.

Products are acceptable, but customer service is lacking

The products are acceptable, but the customer service is extremely poor. I’ve been trying to return a comforter for months without speaking to a human. I provided credit card receipts and pictures of the comforter along with packing slips. All I received was an automated email response claiming someone would assist me. Almost three months later, I’m still trying to get a refund for the comforter. We followed washing instructions for the duvet cover and sheets, yet they are already pilling after a few months. The comforter is nice, but I received two when I initially ordered a white one that was supposedly out of stock, even though the website said it was available. After paying for another, both comforters arrived, and I’m still attempting to return one since I didn’t get an automatic refund for the out-of-stock items. This has been one of my most frustrating online shopping experiences.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. They charged my card before the 7-day trial and then insisted I take it to a donation center and send a picture of the receipt. Nowhere on their website does it mention needing to find a donation center. The closest one was 20 miles away, while shipping options were only 6 miles away. Slow response times to emails and a subpar product.

Refund process is convoluted

I bought a pillow from this company and decided it wasn’t for me. When I contacted them for a refund, they insisted that since the pillow was opened, I could only donate it to a charity, take a picture of the receipt, and send it to them for a refund. This is the most convoluted return policy I’ve ever encountered, and it’s not disclosed on their website. Avoid purchasing from them.

Absurd return experience

Absurd experience with this company. They claim there’s a 50-day free trial. I opened the item, never used it, and tried to return it the same day. However, when I contacted customer service, I received AI-generated responses stating there was nothing they could do. This company should be investigated for misleading business practices.
