This was, without exaggeration, the worst purchase and customer service experience I’ve encountered. The quality of every item I bought was terrible. The comforter shed strange fibers all over the bed, even after washing. The duvet cover felt cheap and looked worn right away. The sheets and pillowcases were thin, low-quality fabric that looked dirty after the first wash. The comforter was marketed as cooling, but that’s false—it doesn’t regulate temperature at all. I spent $610, returned everything due to the poor quality, and then spent two weeks trying to get store credit because my card wasn’t working. I repeated this simple instruction multiple times, yet they sent the refund to the same inactive card. Two weeks of pointless back-and-forth, and they ignored everything I said. It’s astonishing how incompetent a company can be. Horrible quality, service, and experience from start to finish.
