The products are acceptable, but the customer service is extremely poor. I’ve been trying to return a comforter for months without speaking to a human. I provided credit card receipts and pictures of the comforter along with packing slips. All I received was an automated email response claiming someone would assist me. Almost three months later, I’m still trying to get a refund for the comforter. We followed washing instructions for the duvet cover and sheets, yet they are already pilling after a few months. The comforter is nice, but I received two when I initially ordered a white one that was supposedly out of stock, even though the website said it was available. After paying for another, both comforters arrived, and I’m still attempting to return one since I didn’t get an automatic refund for the out-of-stock items. This has been one of my most frustrating online shopping experiences.
