Useless rude staff. Customer service are useless the managers are none existent. Been waiting over a week for a call back and they still haven't bothered. Get told the manager doesn't start work till 10am ring back at 11.30 and still isn't at work. The transport team are rude especially Flori. People that load the lorries are incompetent at best 1st delivery the corrugated plastic sheets were sent bent in half and the second time they sent a message saying delivery between 6.35am and 8.35am said Flori said they didn't send the txt and it was fine the delivery wouldn't be till 10.30 am as its still an am delivery so not a problem. The 2nd delivery turned up with cracked broken sheets that Flori decided they are perfect condition and refused to do anything other than refund the sheets and waste a week of my time delay other jobs leave MY customer with an unfinished job over Christmas. Don't order from builders depot unless you want materials delivered in unusable damaged condition and get your time and money wasted by rude incompetent staff that have 0 customer service
