Useless rude staff. Customer service are useless the managers are none existent. Been waiting over a week for a call back and they still haven't bothered. Get told the manager doesn't start work till 10am ring back at 11.30 and still isn't at work. The transport team are rude especially Flori. People that load the lorries are incompetent at best 1st delivery the corrugated plastic sheets were sent bent in half and the second time they sent a message saying delivery between 6.35am and 8.35am said Flori said they didn't send the txt and it was fine the delivery wouldn't be till 10.30 am as its still an am delivery so not a problem. The 2nd delivery turned up with cracked broken sheets that Flori decided they are perfect condition and refused to do anything other than refund the sheets and waste a week of my time delay other jobs leave MY customer with an unfinished job over Christmas. Don't order from builders depot unless you want materials delivered in unusable damaged condition and get your time and money wasted by rude incompetent staff that have 0 customer service
The staff are unhelpful and disrespectful. Customer service is ineffective, and there seems to be no management presence. I've been waiting over a week for a callback, but they haven't reached out. I was informed that the manager wouldn't be in until 10 AM; when I called back at 11:30, they still weren't available. The transport team, particularly one representative, was rude. During the first delivery, the corrugated plastic sheets arrived bent, and for the second delivery, I received a message stating it would arrive between 6:35 AM and 8:35 AM. The representative claimed they didn't send the text and assured me that delivery would be at 10:30 AM, as it was still considered an AM delivery. The second delivery brought cracked sheets, which the representative insisted were in perfect condition, offering only a refund and wasting a week of my time, delaying other jobs and leaving my customer with an incomplete project over the holiday season. I advise against ordering from this service unless you want to deal with damaged materials and unprofessional staff.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWhilst I fully appreciate that the actions of the currier are NOT in the control of the company, they are FULLY in control of how they manage an issue.I ordered a roll of insulation from them, which I had twice previouslyThey used EXACTLY the same currier that they did previously, however, on this occasion the driver was not prepared to drive to access the property.They then sent me a Consignment Delivered email with my signature fraudulently entered as the recipient. When I contacted Builders Depot, apparently it was a system fault that my signature was in the box and nothing to do with someone faking it.I then got told that if I paid a redelivery charge, I could have my product.What a shame that the experience wasn't the same through the 3 transactions!!I will NEVER use these again!!
9Paint delivered one day later thst was sealed with black tape and was skimmed inside. This was a return Customer service not good even on th phone .paint was expensive Steer clear of this company I am speaking to a advisor now. I have bought the paint before on ebay for 60 pounds . I do realise the paint usually goes for 90
ORD2500762631 I paid extra to have a shower screen and tray delivered on the 9th of December. I called at 4:30 on the 9th of December to ask where the product was and the customer service agent said they would ring me back in half an hour, they did not call me back. I have just had a message telling me that the product will be delivered at some point tomorrow the 10th of December. I will have a plumbing team here in the morning, ready to install the shower. Appalling service and appalling customer service. I paid £10 to have shower delivered today!
Placed an online order for delivery doors skirting and various other bits delivery day came no contact from builders depot how blamed manufacturers and said was coming directly from them I spent hours trying to contact builders depot from 10am and eventually got though at 4pm who chased the order but doesn't know why it wasn't delivered so do your self's a favor go to a professional builders shop and avoid these cowboys
