ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWhilst I fully appreciate that the actions of the currier are NOT in the control of the company, they are FULLY in control of how they manage an issue.I ordered a roll of insulation from them, which I had twice previouslyThey used EXACTLY the same currier that they did previously, however, on this occasion the driver was not prepared to drive to access the property.They then sent me a Consignment Delivered email with my signature fraudulently entered as the recipient. When I contacted Builders Depot, apparently it was a system fault that my signature was in the box and nothing to do with someone faking it.I then got told that if I paid a redelivery charge, I could have my product.What a shame that the experience wasn't the same through the 3 transactions!!I will NEVER use these again!!
