ORD2500762631 I paid extra to have a shower screen and tray delivered on the 9th of December. I called at 4:30 on the 9th of December to ask where the product was and the customer service agent said they would ring me back in half an hour, they did not call me back. I have just had a message telling me that the product will be delivered at some point tomorrow the 10th of December. I will have a plumbing team here in the morning, ready to install the shower. Appalling service and appalling customer service. I paid £10 to have shower delivered today!
