Dear Sir/Madam,I had to personally send a review regarding help that Daniel Barker provided at the Southgate Branch this week.I have never written review before, I felt the need to. Daniel provided excellent quality of service, and I felt it would be an injustice to him if it was not acknowledged.When you have staff that go above and beyond to help their customers, thats dedication to your job. Daniel left his station, to help me choose the right underlay for my flooring having never been in a depot before. I needed to have the flooring delivery, by Friday, because of the tight deadline. The earliest slot available was on Monday, which would have been too late. I was just walking away disheartened and Daniel said he would see if he could do something about it. He came back with thumbs up. I felt the stress & pressure turned to relief. Friday it was. He made it happen. What a guy. Please value your employees like Daniel, they are rare today.
