I was informed that the manager wouldn't be in until 10 AM; when I called back at 11:30, they still weren't available. The transport team, particularly one representative, was rude. During the first delivery, the corrugated plastic sheets arrived bent, and for the second delivery, I received a message stating it would arrive between 6:35 AM and 8:35 AM. The representative claimed they didn't send the text and assured me that delivery would be at 10:30 AM, as it was still considered an AM delivery. The second delivery brought cracked sheets, which the representative insisted were in perfect condition, offering only a refund and wasting a week of my time, delaying other jobs and leaving my customer with an incomplete project over the holiday season. I advise against ordering from this service unless you want to deal with damaged materials and unprofessional staff.
