We are on the onboarding faze and nightmare doesn't begin to describe it. Sales said one thing and onboarding says another. We are a brand-new company, and they had us ask the previous property management company to hold the funds that should be going into our account for operations. Make that make sense. I have had the property/tenant/owner sheet done and sent in on 1/29/2026. We haven't started the onboarding process yet because they didn't have the sheet. In the sales meetings I was like I can get behind this company. I know the platform is clunky compared to AppFolio, but I will figure it out. BIG MISTAKE WAS MADE. Pay more for something better best advice. No one is on the same page at Buildium. HAHA get this we are paying them monthly to do nothing right now.
We are closely connected to a company that has used Buildium for 20 years and they have recommended the software to many of companies. They are thinking of changing and I guaranty if nothing changes, we are too.
