They are often "unavailable" and appear to use delay tactics, hoping customers will just give up. They wasted months of my time asking for unnecessary "evidence" and videos, only to later claim that the issue was due to "faulty installation"—despite clear evidence that the product is malfunctioning. It's painfully obvious: they take your money and then find every excuse to avoid honoring their warranty. For a so-called "premium" brand, their customer service is laughable.
