This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I'm scrambling for a last-minute replacement. I've reached out via email and social media but haven't received a response. I've even disputed the charge with my bank due to the lack of communication. The response I finally received directed me to the courier, which is not helpful at all, making this experience even worse.
