I placed my order in mid-December, and as of January 15, 2026, there are no tracking details or updates regarding my car model. They responded to my post an hour ago, yet I have reached out to the provided email four times over the past two weeks without receiving any reply.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with My Order

I usually consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but this order was incredibly exasperating. According to the service's website, orders are supposed to ship within 1-2 days. Given that I ordered around the holidays, I anticipated some delays. However, I placed my order on 11/28, and it wasn't shipped until 12/11 after I sent several emails seeking updates. Once the package was shipped, I tracked it and noticed it was stuck at the USPS distribution center. It remained there on hold since 12/21 due to a "delay." When I contacted USPS for clarification, they informed me that they hadn't received payment for the shipment, which caused the hold (and I couldn't pay for it myself, despite trying). On 1/7, I received an email from USPS stating that the package was found to have counterfeit postage and was now lost. My attempts to reach out via the only email address provided on the website went unanswered, and even the virtual assistant stopped responding, making me suspect my email was blocked. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service unless you're prepared for significant frustration and financial loss.

The only reason provided was “high demand,” with no specific shipping date mentioned. A cancellation request was denied because more than 24 hours had elapsed, despite the product not being sent. Currently, there is no delivery estimate or updates available. Buyers should be cautious about potential long delays without tracking or clear information.

Frustrating experience with my order

I ordered a Christmas gift on 10/12, and it still hasn't shipped. When I reach out, I only get responses from a chatbot promising to escalate my issue, but nothing changes. I won't be using this service again. Update: I emailed them but haven't received a response, not even from the chatbot. They took my payment long ago, yet my order hasn't been sent. Their website states it would ship within one business day after the order was placed, but it's been 14 days now... I'm beginning to doubt if I will ever receive it.

I ordered items on December 1st as Christmas gifts, expecting timely delivery. Since then, I've received no updates about the shipment. Terrible Experience

This has been an awful experience. I've tried to reach customer service multiple times across different platforms with no reply. I ordered two weeks ago, and there's been no update. I bought this as a gift for my father's birthday, but it seems he won't be receiving anything now. The lack of customer service, especially during a busy season, is frustrating. Their website claims orders are dispatched within 24 hours and standard shipping takes 5-9 business days, but it has taken much longer. So many broken promises. I was excited to surprise my father, but now I'm just left waiting. I need someone to contact me urgently.

This company feels like a scam. I placed my order weeks ago without any updates. When I quoted their cancellation policy to cancel my order, they suddenly shipped it, but there's still no sign of it, and tracking shows nothing. Customer service is nonexistent. I recently placed an order for three sets, but one didn't include a QR Code. I interacted with their chat bot, which instructed me to check the bag again and claimed my issue would be escalated. The following day, I received a generic email thanking me for my orders, but it didn't address my concern. After submitting another ticket, I was once again met by the chat bot promising escalation. Three days later, after sending another email inquiring about human assistance, I still haven't received a response. Terrible customer service. I will never purchase from them again. Customer service should be straightforward unless there's a lack of care for the customer. Don't waste your money!

Received Wrong Item Instead of Ordered Set

I am at a loss over my experience. I've ordered from this service before, so I know they're legitimate, but my latest order has been a nightmare. After a long wait, my order finally arrived, but instead of the car brick set, I received a K-Pop doll set. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I'm scrambling for a last-minute replacement. I've reached out via email and social media but haven't received a response. I've even disputed the charge with my bank due to the lack of communication. The response I finally received directed me to the courier, which is not helpful at all, making this experience even worse.
