Awful support, someone scammed me, did direct debit with wizzair, luckily I noticed after one month, when they charged £100.60. I never setup any direct debit with wizzair. Since when you buy tickets with wizzair airlines and you can pay direct debit. I used wizzair to buy tickets many years never had this issue before. You can check my credit story. It was setup with currency card but attached with my bank. My bank was very good they paid me back straight away. But now buildMyCreditScore keeps sending me emails that I owed them money!!! Don’t understand, I didn’t spend those money.They need to find those scammers and get money from them. Very unsupported. Bad experience no support no help. Someone tried to scammed you and you still own money it’s ridiculous. So stressful. I thought they helped people and tried to help them. Supposed I was wrong.

So I did have a problem with BMCS due to some late payment fees but they have since given a good will gesture and I now only have to pay the actual balance owed.BMCS hasn't improved my credit score yet but I am hoping to see a change soon. Especially considering the monthly charge for using the service.Also registering on the electoral role has lifted my score a little

I had been using the service for ten months when, one day, my card suddenly showed a freeze alert, and I couldn’t use it anymore. I emailed customer support and received an automated response saying that my connection to the bank had been interrupted. I checked, and the connection was perfectly fine. I tried again, but the card was still frozen. I emailed support once more and got the same automated reply, telling me to wait 5 to 10 days!I then requested to cancel the card to avoid being charged for the subscription but again received an automated response with no real assistance. There’s no phone number available in their system to contact anyone directly!In the end, they still charged me for this month’s subscription, even though my card is still frozen, and I haven’t received any real response. It’s a complete disaster that they rely solely on an AI assistant to respond to messages, leaving customers waiting for over two weeks with no proper support!
Avoid. I tried to close my account multiple times and I had emails saying it would affect my credit score which they didn’t mention when I signed up. I have tried to close it 2 times now and they are still taking money out of my account for a subscription I don’t want.
