You really need to do this program!

I wish Tony and Deanna came into my life years ago! I have been on the diet culture train my whole adult life, and nothing was working. I was constantly stressed over every morsel I put into my mouth, or what I was going to see in my reflection. I always thought it was my fault and that I wasn't "strong enough" or thought I was always messing up "the plan". Now, I know BETTER! This program is a GAME CHANGER for LIFE!!!I no longer obsess over food, or my body image. I have learned to be at peace with things that are out of my control and have transferred these lessons into other parts of my life (work, family, marriage, etc). It has changed everything for me. I now have space in my head and my life to do things FOR ME becuase I am not worrying about the scale or counting calories anymore!Of course, there are going to be struggles you will go through, as with any life change, and Deanna was there for me every step of the way. Through the tears, frustration, and, most importantly BREAKTHROUGHS, Deanna was there to comfort me, talk me through it, and then celebrate my wins. I am SUCH a stronger person now becuase of Built Daily. These are lessons I will keep for the rest of my life!Do it! You will NOT be sorry!

    As former dieters who struggled with binge eating, frustration, wild weight swings, and food/body obsession for decades, we understand exactly how confusing, unhelpful, and downright damaging the typical advice is for health, fitness, and your weight.

    The "forced behavior change" approach (restrict food, workout to burn calories, throw the foods out, set a calorie budget, chew some gum/drink some tea, etc) does not get to the root of the issue - your unmet needs, the intensity you feel around food, the value you place on your body, the dread you feel around exercise.

    In fact, the "forced behavior change" (or what we sometimes call band-aid) approaches make everything much, much worse.See more
