Absolutely horrible 1st time experience, shipping is very pricey here, my order arrived without the most valuable item I needed in order to launch my brand.
I got the run around and then they responded by telling me they will ship the missing item, days later they said they weighed the box and it weighed correctly.
Next, they asked what kind of tape was on the box and to send pictures.
Apparently, box was opened resealed with clear tape not theirs.
Now the rep said we have to file a claim in order to send you your almost $50 bottle.
This is horrible customer service, I will never order from this company again.
I have asked the same customer service representative for a return label so I can return the items I did receive and she responds with we’re waiting for an approval so we can ship your missing items.
